OH, use another bowser to download it.  I feel that worked for a number of people.   I do not Feel it likes  Microsoft Edge.  Test downloading it on A different Laptop.  You'll be able to  copy the  .exe install file towards your Pc.  If updating the touchpad motorists isn't going to resolve the situation with the touchpad or there are
